I agree as a contestant, parent/guardian to release Circle C Riding Club, any sponsors of any and all liability of responsibility for injury or accident, theft or loss of equipment by the contestant or any one associated with a contestant. I elect to participate at my own risk. If participant is a minor, entry must be signed by parent or guardian.

SHOW RULES:

1. No Refunds ( Exception: Rule 13)
2. All horses must have a NEGATIVE COGGINS.
3. An electronic timer will be used for all rides. Should the timer malfunction, a rerun will be granted immediately after the next 10 riders.
4. Knocking over a barrel during competition will result in a no time.
5. There will be no reruns given if a horse falls.
6. If a contestant competes out of turn they will be disqualified.
7. A maximum of three gates calls will be given.
8. No signs, banners, or poster shall be displayed without prior approval of the Show Mangers.
9. A horse and rider combination cannot change draw position under any circumstances.
10. No rider substitutions.
11. In the event of a tie for awards, the contestants may either decide by a flip of a coin or a run-off.
12. A horse can only run once.
13. Any vet out must be received in writing no later than 12 days prior to the event beginning. The processing fee will be retained. 80% of the entry fees paid will be returned to the entrant.
14. 70% pay back. Added money split evenly between the divisions.
15. Any questions or disputes that may arise during the show not covered by the rules above, will be settled by the Show Managers whose decision will be final.

Circle C Arena is located between Camden and Stephens off Highway 79. If you are coming from Camden, take the first county road on your left past the rest area. If you are coming from Magnolia or Stephens, take the second county road on your right after the Sweet Home Church. We will have signs posted.
